New regulations have been introduced to help keep you safe and secure.
As part of these changes we have introduced Two Factor Authentication,
which means you'll need your mobile
phone OR your One account Debit Card together
with a Card Reader (this has been sent to you prior to August) to
access your Online Banking and carry out key activities online.
These extra security measures are in addition to your existing
Global Key Code, Password & Passcode that you will still need to
input as you do today.
